How do we split the areas of responsibility with customers within the Augmentation service?

The client is responsible for the Technology selection and entire Project management. The product owner from the client side takes responsibility for complete control over the project and distributes tasks among his onsite team and the augmented team on the UBSLogic side. UBSLogic is responsible for the following Office&Hardware for software engineers. We will thoroughly cover HR Management, Payroll & Taxes.
